This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds on token purchases made through Kadrik. By purchasing tokens, you agree to the terms described below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Provisions

Kadrik tokens are a digital product that grants the right to use the AI description generation feature. One token equals one generation. Purchased tokens have no expiration date. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have not used any tokens from the purchased package. Refunds may also be granted in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors preventing token delivery, or unauthorized transactions.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Tokens that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable. Promotional tokens and bonus credits are not eligible for refunds. Tokens obtained through special offers or promotions cannot be refunded. Purchases made more than 14 days ago are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@kadrik.app with your order number, email address used for purchase, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. You may be asked to provide additional information to verify your purchase.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution. All refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction. No fees are charged for refund processing.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds for unused tokens from a partially used package are not available. Refunds are only possible for completely unused token packages.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of any remaining tokens. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.
