Public Offer
This document is an official offer (public offer) from Self-employed Alexandr Mayorskiy (hereinafter — the "Provider") to enter into an agreement for the provision of access to AI description generation in the Kadrik service on the terms set forth below. This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with applicable commercial law.
1. General Provisions
This offer is addressed to any individual with the technical capability to use the Kadrik service (hereinafter — the "Customer"). The offer becomes effective upon publication on kadrik.app and remains valid until withdrawn by the Provider.
2. Terms and Definitions
Service — the Kadrik web application available at kadrik.app. Token — a unit of account granting the right to one AI description generation. AI Generation — automatic creation of text descriptions using artificial intelligence technologies. Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.
3. Subject of the Offer
The Provider undertakes to provide the Customer access to the AI description generation feature in the Service in the amount corresponding to the purchased tokens, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the tokens in accordance with the terms of this offer.
4. Order Procedure
To purchase tokens, the Customer must: log in to the Service via Google OAuth, select the number of tokens from the available options or specify a custom amount (from 100 to 5000), and proceed to payment via YooKassa.
5. Offer Acceptance
Acceptance of this offer is the Customer's payment for the selected number of tokens. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment funds are credited to the Provider's account. By paying for tokens, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this offer, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
6. Service Pricing
Token prices are determined by the rates in effect at the time of order and displayed in the Service interface. Prices are quoted in Russian Rubles and include all applicable taxes. The Provider may change token prices unilaterally; changes do not apply to already purchased tokens.
7. Payment Procedure
Payment is made electronically through the YooKassa payment system. Available payment methods: bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, MIR), Fast Payment System (SBP), YooMoney. Tokens are automatically credited to the Customer's balance after payment confirmation.
8. Token Usage
One token grants the right to one AI description generation. Tokens are deducted from the Customer's balance upon successful description generation. Purchased tokens have no expiration date. Tokens cannot be transferred to third parties, exchanged for money, or transferred to another account.
9. Rights and Obligations
The Provider undertakes to: provide access to AI description generation, credit paid tokens promptly, and provide technical support at support@kadrik.app. The Customer undertakes to: comply with the Service Terms of Use, not use the Service for prohibited purposes, and pay for tokens promptly.
10. Liability
The Provider does not guarantee specific AI generation results and is not liable for the quality or suitability of generated content for specific purposes. The Provider's liability is limited to the value of unused tokens in the Customer's balance. Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
11. Force Majeure
The parties are released from liability for non-performance if caused by force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, technical failures of service providers or payment systems.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from this offer are resolved through negotiation. Pre-trial dispute resolution is mandatory with a 30 calendar day response period. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to court in accordance with applicable law.
13. Amendments to the Offer
The Provider may unilaterally amend the terms of this offer. Changes take effect upon publication of the new version on kadrik.app. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes Customer acceptance of the new offer terms.
